There are three separate forms on this page. If you plan to attend CoNGA-Q@SC26 (whether or not you receive a travel grant), please sign and return an electronic copy of each form to info@stem-trek.org. This will ensure that you receive updates (location, etc.).

Elizabeth Leake is a high-performance external relations specialist and storyteller. Leake founded STEM-Trek, a global, grassroots nonprofit organization that supports travel, mentoring and professional development opportunities for science, technology, engineering and mathematics scholars from underrepresented groups and regions. Through its NGO platform, she serves as an industry voice and advocate for HPC-curious scholars everywhere.
