Participants who receive financial or in-kind support from STEM-Trek must read, and acknowledge the STEM-Trek event liability waiver, code-of-conduct and photo release by returning the signed forms immediately upon accepting the support. Unless presenting at the workshop or serving on the committee, awardees must agree to blog about their experience (with photos); content shared with STEM-Trek. Failure to blog after SC25 (within six weeks) will weigh against applicants’ chance of receiving future support.
